People that are magically sensitive can pick up a sense of time magic around him / recognize that his magic or whatever is the same as Vasily's. He's also recognizable from his voice and facial features if you know him well and can look past the total haircolor difference and the, uh. Real eyes.
He also has some metallic/cyborg enhancements. Like in his bones. It's fine.
